子どもの安全に関する基準

KlakChat（以下「本サービス」）は、子どもの性的搾取・虐待（CSAE）を一切認めません。本サービスを利用するすべての方は、この基準と利用規約に従う必要があります。

1. 禁止していること

本サービスは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方は登録できません。登録時に13歳以上であることを確認しています。

通報は運営が確認し、子どもの安全に関わるものを最優先で扱います。
違反を確認したときは、該当するコンテンツの削除と、アカウントの停止・削除を行います。
児童性的虐待コンテンツを確認したときは、法令に従って警察などの関係機関に報告します。海外の事案では、米国の全米行方不明・被搾取児童センター（NCMEC）などにも報告します。
捜査機関から正式な要請があったときは、法令の範囲で協力します。

本サービスは、児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法をはじめとする、子どもの安全に関する日本の法令と、サービスを提供する地域の法令を守って運営します。

KlakChat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). All users must follow these standards and our Terms of Service.

Prohibited: sending, sharing, storing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form; sexualizing minors; sexual solicitation of minors; grooming; facilitating or promoting the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
Age: KlakChat is for users aged 13 and over. Date of birth is checked at sign-up.
Reporting in the app: tap the person's name at the top of the chat and choose “通報” (Report). Reporting is also available from the menu on their profile. You can also email [email protected].
Our response: we review reports with child-safety cases as the top priority, remove violating content, suspend or delete accounts, and report confirmed CSAM to the police and relevant authorities, including NCMEC where applicable.
Compliance: we comply with applicable child safety laws, including Japan’s Act on Punishment of Activities Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography.
